Our policy lasts 3 days you have to intimate us on 8745000248 within 3 days after you receive the product. If 3 days have gone after receiving the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return against store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you retuning your product against store credit ether we will provide you a credit note or a WhatsApp confirmation on your registered mobile number or we will confirm you on your registered email.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Items purchased under sales/ discounted prices/customized products are not eligible for refund. Once the order is placed it can not be canceled or refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund, unfortunately, sale items or items purchased under discounted prices cannot be refunded. meanwhile, for those products, we will offer you a return against store credit if you are eligible with all return and exchange policies.

Exchanges (if applicable)
For a good customer shopping experience on our plat form we provide one time exchange on all articles weather they are sold under regular price or sales. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at huemodeclothing@gmail.com or contact us on 8745000248 and send your item to us at PLOT NO. G-334, 1st floor, SECTOR 63, NOIDA, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, 201301. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for sending the item back to us. If in case we are getting the product picked up then u have to pay the charges. If u what to exchange the product for second time then you have to bear to-and-fro cartage charges. For a single order u are eligible for 2 time exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If in case we are getting the product picked up then you have to pay the charges,

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
